Since the Summer of 2000, owner Gerald Cress has built this business from the ground up. Since its beginning, Cress Company Inc. has become a preferred builder in subdivisions such as Grande Vista Bay in Rockwood, TN, Covered Bridge in Hardin Valley, TN, and Park Place in Farragut, TN and is still expanding. Beginning Fall 2023, Cress Company will be building in the highly-esteemed lake and golf communities Tennessee National and WindRiver.
